HOW OUR CONSIGNMENT WORKS
- To consign your good to excellent condition items with us, all items must be pre-approved by the Arcadian Team. (Some items may be considered for our ‘budget basement/project pieces’ and will be items marked inexpensively for refurbishment purposes.)
- Please send your photos to FunFinds@arcadianconsignment.com. Once approved, you will be able to schedule your drop off time at your convenience. (Tuesday-Friday 10-3:30)
- After acceptance of your photos, a drop off time will be scheduled BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Items will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. Final approval of item(s) will occur upon in-person inspection.
- Arcadian will price items at current fair market value. Arcadian uses a number of resources to assess fair market value.
- In order for Arcadian to sell items, consigners must sign our Consignment Agreement.
- The consignor receives 50% of the selling price.*
A $2 check/postage/handling fee will apply to all consignment payouts. - Items will have 90-day tiered pricing with price drops of 10% occurring every 30 days. At 90 days the consignor is responsible for picking up unsold item(s) within 5 days. Unretrieved item(s) will become the property of Arcadian and may be store consigned or donated to charity. It is the responsibility of the consignor to track these dates – reminders will not be sent.
- If you decide you want your item returned prior to the end of the 90-day period, you will be responsible for a flat fee of 25% of the initial sales price. This is to cover our time spent in research, cleaning, staging and marketing for sale.
- Consignors will be paid within 30 days of selling date. You may choose a check or a store credit payout. Checks not cashed within 90 days will not be reissued.
- Arcadian will help you pick a convenient delivery option to get your items to our store, should you be unable to facilitate delivery.

*Additional cleaning/repair, battery, light bulb, lamp shade fees may apply if items arrive dusty, moldy, with mildew or otherwise needing repair prior to being placed on sales floor.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
- Cribs, high chairs, bassinets, strollers, car seats
- Mattresses
- Traditional cherry style dining or bedroom sets
- Sofa beds*
- Most sports equipment*
- Most stereo equipment*
- Most China*
- Most clear glassware*
- Broken items, torn upholstery, stained fabric fabric
- Dirty items items
